Mindful Self-Compassion Morning Course (8-weeks)

MSC is an 8-week, evidence-based, compassion training course (created by psychologists Dr. Kristen Neff and Dr. Chris Germer) that focuses on cultivating self-compassion through such activities as meditation, short talks, experiential exercises, group discussion, practices in small groups or pairs, and home practices.

8-weeks, 3 hour class once a week (24 hours)

Plus one silent retreat

(24 hours CE)

Time: Thursdays, 2:00 pm CST to 5:00 pm CST

April 3, 10, 17, 24

May 1 

1 retreat - Saturday, April 12, 9:30 am -12:00 pm CST
